In this class you will learn how to cover round dummy tiers with sugarpaste and achieve sharp edges. We will then create a textured effect using sugarpaste and wafer paper over two of the tiers and ice the bottom tier in a subtle coloured sugarpaste. We will then create a delicate cherry blossom trailing stem from scratch and I will then show you how to dust and tape into a beautiful and commercial lifelike arrangement.
This is an intense two day course and at the end you will be able to take home your stunning creations to add to your portfolio. Size of the cake will be a 4"/6"/8" sizing (not as picture shown, so a smaller version)
In this class you will:
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Length of Class: Approximately 7 hours each day with a short break for lunch.
10am - 5pm
