In this 4 hour beginners class you will learn how to master the 'Italian' technique of Macaron making and mix the batter to the correct piping consistency. Learn how to pipe the Macaron shells and how to cook them. We will then create a flavoured chocolate ganache filling and assemble the shells. If time allows we will also add some decoration.
There will only be 4 students maximum for this class. You will bake one batch of Macarons and oversee a second batch.
Drinks and biscuits will be provided (no lunch)
