In this class you will learn how to achieve sharp edges on dummy tiers. We will then make a selection of modern style Tea Roses, fluffy style Peony Roses, David Austin Roses, leaves and berries. You will also learn how to master the 'Italian' technique of macaron making and mix the batter to the correct piping consistency. Learn how to pipe the macaron shells and how to cook them. We will then create a flavoured chocolate ganache filling and assemble the shells to decorate your cake design. On the final day we will assemble the cake, create lustre sparkle spots, attach all the flowers, macarons and greenery.
