In this class you will learn how to level, fill, ganache and cover a real cake with sugarpaste. You will then cover a further two dummy tiers with sugarpaste. You will learn how to achieve sharp edges on a real cake and dummy tiers. Cover a cake board. Make modern open style sugar roses, filler leaves and berries. We will also create an allover stencil design, piped dots and border pattern which we will then hand paint with a metallic edible paint. Finally we will cover one of the tiers with a metallic leaf effect. This is an intense two day course and at the end you will be able to take home your creation. Please allow extra time on the second day in case the class overruns.

(If you are less experienced then I would advise only creating a three tiered version, this will allow for more time and guidance with regards to the cake covering and detail).
