You will learn how to achieve sharp edges on real cakes and dummy tiers. Make modern open style peonies, roses, filler leaves, hydrangeas and berries. We will also create a sugar bow, lustre a cake, apply metallic leaf, create an edible sequin effect, stencil effects and practice piping techniques.
